Request deletion from FeedMend
- Email hello@feedmend.com from the work email used with FeedMend.
- Use the subject Data deletion request.
- Identify the business website or store URL involved and, if applicable, your order reference.
- State whether you want us to delete an enquiry, service files, Meta-sourced lead data, or all personal data we can lawfully remove.
Do not email passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. We will verify the request proportionately, normally through the email and order information already held. If stronger verification is genuinely necessary, we will explain why and provide a secure method.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask only for information needed to locate the data and verify authority.
- We delete or de-identify removable contact, enquiry, service-file and Meta-related records under FeedMend's control.
- We ask relevant processors to act where required and confirm completion or explain any lawful exception.
- We handle the request without unnecessary delay. Timing depends on the scope, verification needs and any legal or contractual retention duty; we will explain the status if completion cannot be immediate.
Meta and Facebook data
FeedMend currently does not offer Facebook Login and does not intentionally store Facebook passwords or full Facebook profiles. Optional Meta Pixel events are sent to Meta only after website opt-in. If you submitted a lead or contacted FeedMend through a Meta service, include that fact and the email used so we can locate any corresponding record.
You can also use your Facebook or Meta account settings to remove app or website connections and manage off-Meta activity where those controls apply. Those settings control data held by Meta; this page controls deletion requests for data held by FeedMend.

Data we may need to retain
Deletion is not absolute where records are required to complete an active order, document a payment or refund, meet tax and accounting duties, prevent fraud, secure the service, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with another legal obligation. We restrict retained data to those purposes and remove or anonymise it when the retention need ends.
Deleting service files does not reverse a completed payment. For cancellation or refund requests, see the Terms of Service and include the order reference so the original transaction can be verified.
Browser tracking choice
To stop future optional Meta Pixel events from this browser, reopen Tracking choices on the homepage and choose Reject. You can also clear the site's local storage in your browser. Clearing local storage removes the saved choice, so the consent prompt may appear again.
