1. Who is responsible
FeedMend is a PROCESS VENTURES commercial service. FeedMend is the controller for the website and service data described here. The seller's approved business identity and invoicing details are included in the written order documents before an engagement.

2. Data we collect
- Enquiries: work email, business website or store URL, requested service, message, consent record, submission time and basic anti-abuse information such as IP address.
- Quotes and orders: work email, selected offer, EUR reference price, fixed MAD quote, rate date, quote and order identifiers, checkout status, payment amount, currency and timestamps.
- Payments: Zazu processes card and payment details on its hosted checkout. FeedMend receives transaction identifiers and payment status needed to verify and fulfil the order; FeedMend does not receive your full card number.
- Service files: product-feed exports and the business information needed to audit or repair them. Product feeds should not contain customer, card, account-password or other unnecessary personal data.
- Website data: security logs, pages visited and consent preferences. The Meta tracking choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
- Communications: emails and support history relating to an enquiry or order.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and take steps you request before entering a contract.
- To issue a quote, create a checkout only after your consent, verify payment, deliver the service and provide support.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and keep reliable transaction records.
- To meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
- With your consent, to measure advertising events through the Meta Pixel.
The applicable basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent where requested. You may withdraw tracking consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Analytics and Meta advertising
Plausible Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free site measurement. The optional Meta Pixel is not loaded until you select “Allow Meta tracking.” If enabled, Meta may receive event information such as a page view, offer view, enquiry or checkout step, together with browser, device, IP and page information available to its technology. A Purchase event is sent only after FeedMend verifies payment server-side.
FeedMend does not currently provide Facebook Login and does not intentionally obtain or store your Facebook password or full social profile. Meta processes data it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. You can reject tracking when first asked or reopen Tracking choices from the homepage.
5. Who receives data
Access is limited to authorised FeedMend operators and service providers needed to run the service: Verpex for hosting and email, Zazu for payment checkout and payment processing, Plausible for aggregate analytics, and Meta only when optional Meta tracking is enabled or you interact with FeedMend through a Meta service. Professional advisers, payment partners or authorities may receive limited data where necessary or legally required.
Some providers may process data outside your country. In those cases, processing is subject to the provider's contractual safeguards and applicable data-transfer rules.
6. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Unconverted enquiry records are removed or de-identified when follow-up is no longer reasonably expected. Order, payment, invoice, dispute and accounting records may be kept for the legal retention period that applies. Service files are retained only as needed to perform, support and evidence the agreed work, then deleted or de-identified when no longer required. Security records may be kept for a limited period appropriate to the risk.
Deletion may be delayed where a record is required to complete an order, protect legal claims, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation. Where possible, data that no longer needs to identify you is anonymised.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email hello@feedmend.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.

8. Security and your responsibilities
FeedMend uses access controls, private server-side storage and encrypted HTTPS transport. No method is risk-free. Do not send credentials, payment data, customer records or product files through the public contact form. We will confirm a secure transfer method when a file is needed.
9. Children
The service is for business customers and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child supplied personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an active order will be communicated where appropriate.
